Uploading external patient records
The Records tab allows you to securely store clinical documents from external providers, laboratories, referral sources, or patients. This includes completed worksheets, prior diagnostic assessments, referral letters, medical reports, and other supporting documentation.

To upload an external document:
A confirmation notification appears after each successful upload.

Deleting a document permanently removes it from the patient's record.

What file types can I upload?
Only PDF documents can be uploaded to the Records tab.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. Each uploaded document can be up to 50 MB .
Who can view uploaded records?
Records are visible to users who have permission to access the patient's records, such as the treating clinician and authorized supervisors.
Can I delete a record after uploading it?
Yes. Select the Trash icon next to the document to permanently remove it.
