This summary describes the terms governing use of the platform. It is provided for information and does not constitute legal advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for credentials issued to your team, and for activity that occurs under those credentials.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, to interfere with the service, or to access records you are not authorized to see.
Clinical responsibility
The platform supports clinical work; it does not practice medicine. Clinicians remain solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and every entry they sign, including review of AI-assisted drafts.
Fees
Core platform access is free for practices under the stated clinician threshold. Optional services such as revenue cycle management and credentialing are priced separately and described in your order.
Data rights
Your practice retains ownership of its records. We process them to provide the service under a business associate agreement and return or delete them at the end of the relationship.
Availability
We work to keep the service available continuously, with planned maintenance communicated in advance where practical.
Termination
Either party may end the relationship as described in the agreement. You may export your records before and during the wind-down period.
Changes
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
