Last week, we hosted our first ever Ask Me Anything (AMA) to celebrate a big moment for PrecisionMind: the launch of Billing, Documentation 2.0, and E-Prescription.
Instead of a sales pitch or slide deck, we opened the floor for a live conversation with our team, and the questions from providers were thoughtful, honest, and exactly what we hoped for!
Together, we walked through what’s new on the platform, where we’re headed next, and how PrecisionMind is staying free for individual and small group practices — forever.
Here’s a quick recap of the session, plus some of the key questions that came up.
Questions We Heard (and Answered)
How does billing work in PrecisionMind?
PrecisionMind connects directly to Stedi, a clearinghouse that handles claims, eligibility, and payments. Once you set things up the first time, you can:
• Auto-fill CMS-1500 forms
• Submit claims with just a few clicks
• Track status updates in real time
• Export PDFs if you work with a biller
• View patient eligibility right inside the platform
“We’ve tried to make billing feel like part of your clinical workflow, not a separate chore.”
Can I use a different calendar?
At the moment, PrecisionMind syncs with Google Calendar, and that’s intentional. It’s fast, reliable, and works well with our two-way sync. That said, we’re planning to expand calendar options soon based on provider feedback.
What’s PrecisionMind for Practices?
This is our upcoming update for group practices of up to 10 users. You’ll be able to:
• Set roles and permissions for your team (admin, biller, clinician, etc.)
• Share templates, forms, and dashboards
• Manage waitlists and tasks across the team
“We’ve had providers cobble this together manually — so now we’re making it official and seamless.”
How is PrecisionMind free... and how are you sustaining it?
We get this one a lot, and it’s a fair question.
Here’s the short version: PrecisionMind will always be free for solo providers and small teams. That’s part of our core commitment.
We plan to generate revenue by:
• Partnering with larger organizations that pay for enterprise features
“No selling your data. No surprise paywalls. Just a sustainable model built around real clinician needs.”
We’re still finalizing our approach, but our goal is to create a collective network that uplifts independent providers while helping them negotiate better rates and deliver higher-quality care.
• Better access to value-based care contracts
• Collaborative clinical standards
• Smarter client-provider matching
• Shared measurement tools that align with real therapeutic work
“This isn’t Headway 2.0. It’s something we’re building from scratch — slowly, intentionally, and with providers at the center.”

Does PrecisionMind support ePrescribe and vitals?
Yes. We’ve rolled out ePrescribe for prescribing clinicians (with a quick one-on-one setup), and support:
• Tracking vitals and activity data through wearables like Fitbit and Oura
• Pulling real-time medical summaries from health exchange data
• Logging and monitoring key biometrics in the client dashboard
One More Thing
What stood out most during the AMA wasn’t just the questions - it was the way providers are already helping shape PrecisionMind’s future. From small feature requests to big-picture ideas, your input is guiding what we build and how we build it.
We’re listening. And we’re building this with you.
If you missed the session but have questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@PrecisionMind.health. We’d love to hear from you — or see you at the next one!
